Should I remove my wisdom teeth?
Not always. Wisdom teeth that are impacted, decayed or keep causing swelling are usually removed. Your dentist will advise after an X-ray.
Will it hurt?
You should feel pressure but no pain during treatment. Mild soreness afterwards is normal and settles with painkillers.
What should I do after an extraction?
Bite on the gauze, avoid spitting, smoking and hot drinks on the first day, and eat soft food.
